The lowland tiny greenbul (Phyllastrephus debilis ), is a species of songbird in the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae.It is found in eastern Africa. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.
